We were asked to design something to replace a former Bingo Hall in Wokingham Town Centre. Our proposal is a complex of 30 Flats plus some retail with parking under a landscaped deck. A glass lift provides the main access to the Flats which are suitable for both the young and the elderly. The colourful elevations make reference to a former Art Deco cinema.
